Welcome to the first release of our quarterly newsletter. I am Jafeth Rodriguez, Founder, Chairman and Chief Innovations Officer at RecruitAdvantage. I will be your host for the video segments of the newsletter. I am very excited about the new delivery format of the newsletter. We have chosen video as one of the ways we will convey information to you. We want to make it easier for you and we hear that people would rather watch video than read a bunch of text. Please give us feedback. At the end of the day, we want YOU to access the right information in the right format.

For our first newsletter we have plenty of things to share with you. We have an introductory piece from our CEO where he will share with you the results of our customer satisfaction survey and the actions taken to address the feedback we collected from you. Then we have some topical news and feature articles that you will hopefully find useful. We have a FAQ section from the help desk team. We also have a meet the team segment, introducing one of our key staff members. We also have information about new feature releases which you can start using now, if you haven't already done so and some good stories to share with you from the trenches.
