Erika morales shared her top 3 feature releases for this period, so that you can start using them straight away, if you haven’t already done so.

SHL integration. SHL is a well known psychometric assessment tool in the market, which we have integrated into Turbo to improve the candidate screening process. If you are a subscriber of SHL, you can access your battery of tests directly within Turbo and select the test you want to apply against a particular vacancy. At a aprticular stage in the process, the recruiter can then administer an SHL test. The candidate completes the test online and the results come directly into the Turbo administration interface automatically.

LinkedIn integration. Being one of the social networking giants, in particular in the professional world, the integration with LinkedIn has been a top request by our clients as many candidates are using LinkedIn to promote themselves in the job market. We have implemented the ability for a candidate to share their LinkedIn profile with the recruiter through the application process. We are working working on other integration points with LinkedIn and we will keep you updated on these.

Front-end social icons. In addition to LinkedIn, we have also incorporated social media access points from the job search results page, that is in the candidate application area. This incorporates Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
