Founder and Chairman
Jafeth Rodriguez is the Founder of RecruitAdvantage, and as Chairman he oversees the company's strategic vision and development. He also personally heads the strategic innovation and development of our technology solutions, maintaining our leadership and reputation as the cutting edge provider of online recruitment solutions.
Jafeth is a veteran of the online recruitment industry. His extensive experience in software design and development and an understanding of online recruitment implementations that dates from the nascent days of the industry in 1997 create a expertly informed benchmark for the entire RecruitAdvantage suite of products. Prior to founding RecruitAdvantage, Jafeth worked in a range of IT consulting roles with blue-chip organisations globally including Accenture, EDS and Telstra.
Alan Worsley
Sales & Marketing Director
Alan leads the sales and Marketing team to deliver solutions to our clients by having a clear understanding of the busness needs for recruitment
Alan's experience in a number of industries to invidually tailor solutions to be effective to the situation.
Suzanne Hall Dip. Management
Product Management Director
Suzanne’s primary function is managing the delivery of our suite of online recruitment software solutions to existing and new clients to ensure maximum benefit for the client organisation.
Suzanne brings to RecruitAdvantage a wealth of IT knowledge specific to the recruitment industry having spent many years at senior management level within Manpower Australia & NZ, most recently as Director – Business Solutions & Services.
Narayana Rodriguez MOD, BSc, BA
GM Finance Operations
Narayana is responsible for the day-to-day operations, support, quality systems and financial management of the company. She is passionate about client satisfaction and operational effectiveness, and maintains company stability and service excellence to the high-change world of online recruitment. Prior to joining RecruitAdvantage, Narayana was a senior executive with Deutsche Bank and ING following a 17-year international career in the financial services industry.
David Baker BE, MBA, PGDipAcc
Chief Information officer
David is responsible for the technology, software and systems used to deliver Turborecruit in the SaaS model (Software-as-a-Service) over the internet, to clients in over thirty countries, from two data centres (Sydney, Australia and London, UK), with the high performance and availability enjoyed by clients and candidates worldwide.
Prior to joining RecruitAdvantage, David was Asia-Pacific IT Director with Brightpoint Inc. and has considerable experience in software development, infrastructure management, ERP systems and general management.
Erika Morales
R&D DIRECTOR
With over fifteen years experience in database modelling and software development using various technology across platforms, Erika is leading the technical team at RecruitAdvantage. Her technical expertise and management skills enables the development team to work cohesively in the continuous process of enhancing, building and maintaining Turborecruit as a world leading edge e-Recruitment software service.
