Transcript from the Online Recruitment Telegraph - Issue 2 - video
James Macdonald, Commercial Manager at RecruitAdvantage, shared his views about feature releases for this period.
James indicated that RecruitAdvantage is releasing more than 15 new features at the end of December for clients to start using straight away. This is the beginning of a series of structural changes being undertaken, an initiative known internally as Project Genesis. These structural changes will be released throughout 2012.
You should have received an email outlining the releases for December 2011.
One interesting change is in the social media space. Now candidates could have the ability in Turborecruit share jobs through their LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter accounts, being able to spread the word effectively. We are also releasing LinkedIn integration by which candidates can use their LinkedIn profile during the application and registration processes. These features are optional and you can have them installed in your site for a small one off fee.
There are 15 other feature being released this month. The general spirit of these changes is to be able to reduct the number of clicks on tasks undertaken by users of Turborecruit. For example we have improvements in the cloning candidates area, in the way we do searches in in many other areas of the product.
The email we sent out on this topic outlines all the enhancements. If you have any questions about these, please make sure you contact your account manager who will be happy to help you with this.
