Mobile phone application
RecruitAdvantage developed in partnership with Development Now a mobile phone application that interacts with Turborecruit. This application allows applicants to search, share and apply for jobs in their iPhone or Android phone.
It is a standard application, with no customisations. The application is branded as per your organisation. You can talk to your account manager about the commercials and terms of use.
Video Interviewing
We are very excited about incorporating online video interviewing capabilities in Turborecruit. We have partnered with the World leader of this technology, Sonru from Ireland and are in the process of integrating the application.
When recruiters are setting up first round interviewing is perhaps the time where you can leverage this technology the most. Recruiters can set up relelevant questions in Sonru that can then be sent to the candidates who can answer them in their own environment.
Other releases
As part of our quarterly release strategy, we have 16 new items of functionality for the first quarter of this year, which will be released in the month of April. Some examples include the addition of “send candidates documents” to the quick options feature in the. We also added improvements to the clone candidate area, to the folders functionality, navigation improvements and many other areas of improvements.
