    Suzanne was seconded to Brussels for Manpower Global, and is successfully leading client side implementation projects across Spain, Netherlands, Germany and Finland, and acting as the key representative on a $70m front office development project. Her experience includes supporting Global Sales on application solutions and implementation for major clients for vendor management software as part of MSP, and directing the $10m outsourced software solution within the Australian Defence Force contract.

    Partnering RecruitAdvantage in leading the business into the EMEA, Americas and Asia-Pacific regions, Suzanne provides critical leadership for project management, SDLC management and product development. She also plays a pivotal role in the capture of global accounts.

    Her career milestones include 15+ years of recruitment experience ranging from consulting and operations management, through to technology implementation; more than 13 years of regional and global project delivery within the recruitment area; and a quantifiable record of leading the development and integration of complex applications into internal and client-side architecture for recruitment organisations.

    Nikki joined one of Australia's most recognised brands, now the Ranstad Group, in early 2003 after years of experience in the travel industry. She progressed into the HR consulting arm of the group and eventually joined a boutique recruitment consultancy, based in South Australia. More recently her experience includes working in HR for an international private defence organisation, managing a recruitment branch for a South Australian consultancy and internal recruitment for BHP Billiton.

    Nikki’s completion of a Masters of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (University of Adelaide) has equipt her with the ability to apply logical and inventive thinking to business, process and product improvement. Current post graduate studies in HR Management will continue to add depth to her varied internal/external HR and recruitment experience.

    Career milestones include injecting inspiration and innovation into an established business with a key focus being the introduction of a new applicant tracking system (APS) from the exploration stage to implementation and introduction; and process and business improvement with multiple organisations, leading to an increase in profit, exposure and market position.

      Lead and managed the implementation of an automated on-line time capture solution and award interpretation for the Manpower Group.

      Lead and managed a clock time capture tender and implementation of the solution to the Manpower Group.

      Lead the implementation and support of the on-line Allianz CTP Web application.

      Demonstrated analytical expertise in enhancing other insurance front-end web based systems for Allianz.

      Provided IT Helpdesk expertise to employees.
